Great for weekend trips into the city. The ride is quick and parking is free on the weekends.

I waited on Sunday evening from 5:40pm until 6:21pm. The 108 bus was scheduled to arrive at my stop at 6:11pm. It was 10 minutes late and as I waved my hands in the air with my phone flashlight turned on, the bus drove right past me. He never stopped or even looked at me. Problem is the buses were 1 hour apart on this Sunday evening. So instead of getting on this 108 bus for 30 mons and arriving at Port Authority NYC in 30 minutes I instead had to walk 37 minutes to the Newark Penn Station and take a path train to Work Trade Center!!! I live in the Bronx!!! The bus driver turned an 1.25 hour commute I not 3 and a half hours.... ALL NECAUSE THIS DRIVER DOES T KNOW HOW TO DO HOS JOB!! NOT DIFFICULT!! HINT*** YOU HA E TO STOP THE BUS IN ORDER TO PICK PEOPLE UP!!

Nj transit doesn’t care about New Jersey residents and commuters, I have rode one bus in this state that arrived on time. It’s 6:48 and I’m now boarding a 6:38 bus in the pouring rain. I know, they don’t care because I should have a car right? Sadly what is going to happen when there are no longer any passengers and the government steps in to regulate the horrible service that we pay for? Instead of cutting employee benefits they should focus more on serving the community! Even when you look at the train system it shows NJ transit loathe their jobs. Bus driver are rude and always late, not tardy! Trains are never on time either, if your leaving NY after 5 pm, good luck because you will watch the delay every Jersey train that doesn’t dawn a Amtrak logo! This entire state should be demolished! And the government just as worst because the will shut down bridges to strand people like a science experiment! New Jersey is an experiment!

Route 874 from Morristown ending in Wayne, the driver he don'make the stops, he continues driving, careless about the people waiting on the stop he's dirty driver.

Yesterday (Thursday, November 15, 2018) I boarded the #34 Bloomfield bus (#6404) at approx 3:20pm @ Roseville Avenue & Orange Street in Newark, NJ.. I had the luxury of riding with a mature, black, woman driver. In the midst of this snow storm, she was professional, patient, and her demeanor keep the load of travelers calm and thankful that she allowed them on her already crowded bus. I was the last passenger to get off at her last stop, but before I got off I witnessed countless riders (including high school boys & girls) thanking her and wishing her a safe journey for the remainder of her travel. I didn't ask her name but I am very thankful that she stopped and picked me up also. And I'm thankful for all the detours she took that kept us all safe. May God be with her always.

CITY GIRL LIVING IN SUSSEX COUNTY COMMUTING TO NYC FOR WORK. NEEDED TO FIND A BUS WITH MORE FREQUENT BUSES IN THE EVENING BC MY WARWICK BUS HAS HORRIBLE OPTIONS AFTER THE LAST EXPRESS BUS @7. DROVE TO THIS PARK & RIDE, MADE SURE TO PARK IN A YELLOW NUMBERED SPOT (REMEMBER YOUR SPOT #) ALL PARKINGS DESIGNATED FOR THE PARK & RIDE HAVE GREEN LINES. THE WHITE NUMBERS ARE FOR MONTHLY PASS HOLDERS, DAY PARKERS USE THE SPOTS WITH YELLOW NUMBERS. PAID $3.55 AT A MACHINE IN THE ACTUAL STOP FOR THE DAY, ITS EITHER EXACT CASH OR DEBIT/CREDIT/APPLE PAY & NO TICKET TO DISPLAY IN YOUR CAR & ITS 6 ZONES TO PORT AUTHORITY & MOST OF THE BUSSES ARE EXPRESS SO ONE STOP TAKING ABOUT 35 MINUTES. NOT BAD AT ALL! SO GLAD I FOUND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.

3rd Jan 2020. Bus route 115 (#4033). Colonia to PABT from 2:30 pm to 4pm. I experienced the nastiest driver ever. Was extremely rude and snappish. Literally yelled at me when i asked him a question. I observed he did not respond to simple greetings from passengers. African American male, probably late 40s, stocky. Sadly,I have heard that the management does not follow up these cases/complaints, hence encouraging the "i don't care" behaviour. Let us hope the situation improves.

Over an hour no bus shows up, over a dozen pass by. If there's an issue with the bus with service to NYC it shouldn't take this long to resolve. 40 people waiting, some trying to get to work.

I take the bus into the city every morning and I think it great the buses are luxury as far as I am concerned and very comfortable and the drivers get you there pretty fast .

Very outdated. Reminded me of my small town transportation system in MX...of 20 years ago. Old, uncomfortable buses. Drivers collecting fares without any sense of urgency. Local trips slow as a turtle. A carnival happens everytime someone has to get off with a crowded bus. They should pay us to ride this primitive system.

The only issue I have is that the gold dollar coins that are issued back after purchasing a ticket cannot be used for the machine. I missed the bus and school because of that! If y'all going to give me gold coins make sure I can use them on the machine if not y'all need to stock up on some more dollar bills

Ticket Kiosk machines are broken for both payments of cash and Bank cards. The company seriously, needs to update the machines ASAP. If costumers board buses with no tickets......thats the companies problem. This has been an issues for the Willowbrook stop for months now.

Green spots with white numbers are for monthly parking only. Get your monthly parking on the 19th of the month after 5pm. Monthly passes run out fast. Daily parking in spots with yellow numbers. Buy your daily parking at the njtransit ticket machine and keep your receipt. No need to display in car.

72 Paterson to Newark always late in the PM. You call the NJT Hofline and you can't get through. Public servants getting state funds should be more professional.

Great park and ride. 30 mins to port authority. Plenty of parking. It's located In the Willowbrook Mall parking lot.

The 22 line seems to show up when it wants to. Lately ive been waiting over an hour in the cold for a bus that never shows. Do better.

Convenient clean area, but needed my ticket stub to leave the depot? Conductor took my ticket. Weird

I'd give them a zero if I could. Don't expect your bus to be on time during off hours.

The ride was long, but the view was fantastic and the company was the best anyone could ask for.
