The general consensus among reviewers is highly positive, reflecting appreciation for the hospital and its care for veterans. Positive viewpoints highlight world-class attention for veterans, clean and accessible entrances, and helpful ushers who assist wheelchair users in getting to their appointments. The only negative viewpoint mentioned is the severe difficulty of finding parking, leading to a suggestion for a new parking garage.

The East Orange VA provides world-class attention to American Veterans! Clean entrance, very accessible, ushers that help welchair vets to get to their appointment floor while you try to find some parking spots. Yes, that's the issue. Finding parking. I would like to suggest the creation of a parking garage in front of the main hospital, that will definitely help our veterans, doctors, nurses and everyone else who relies on the VA. I add videos showing the parking situation.
