Had a crisis team do a wellness check. Did everything wrong including letting someone suicidal leave within 3 hours. If I were to type every mistake I’ll be here all day. Completely incompetent
This is good hospital with probably one of the worst accounts receivables department ever. Between my entire family, I have payed over $5k in deductibles to them the last 2 years. They kept sending me a bill with a balance of $100. I called them about it and provided multiple times screenshots from my bank account with the payment made on a specific day along with a clearance proof. First they lied to me that the balance was applied to another account. There was no any other account. Then they told me that they can't locate the payment made on that particular date . My bank automatic bill pay shows that the check was cleared by them but unfortunately, the bank doesn’t keep the cashed checks for an extensive period of time to present them with the cleared check. They gave the account to collections and I was forced to pay $100 I didn't owe. I can care less for $100 but I don't feel paying for something that I don't owe. They did the same thing for another bill of my wife's for $200. If you ever have to pay any bill to them, please make sure you keep a copy of the cashed check as they are uncapable of keeping their own records
AWFUL!! Refused to Report COVID Diagnosis of My 12 Year and I exposed Several Others-My daughter was taken by my awful ex, who has a badge, and they failed to tell me, after several calls, to tell me that she was diagnosed with COVID and I ended up exposing dozens of other people!! Awful when they were blinded by a police badge!!!
My son had a surgery there. The facility is quite good and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. It took us the whole day to complete the procedure and post procedural recovery, but the helpful staff made it easier for us.
Who in their right mind would give this meat market a five star rating, during covid they tried to kill me for profit, we had to call the police to get me out of there after fifteen days, no shower, no sheets change, on and on, Please stay away from this meat market, for lack of a better term.
Terrible care,and service, if you have an emergency you better off going somewhere else, If you call they hang up on you
Very clean hospital...Nurses are top notch, very attentive and helpful.
