Broadway Bus Terminal is the primary bus hub for the city of Paterson, NJ. Nearly a dozen lines are served, either directly in the terminal, or at the West Broadway bus stop located just one block away. It has a couple of inside benches and a few outside benches for passengers to wait on. A small snack bar and ticket counter is also open for limited hours. There is most times a security presence, which, when it's there, really helps cut down on the problems this station has had in the past with vagrants and panhandlers. On weekdays, there's a bus going every few minutes during the day, while at night and on weekends, considerably less. Very simply put, it's a good enough place to wait a few minutes for a bus for, but not too long a time.
Busy but mostly clean inside & has a small snack stand but everything is overpriced in my opinion. Always security at the desk inside.
Needs to be cleaned up better.
The female security guard should exhibit a more professional attitude and possess better education. She often plays videos, movies, or music on her iPad at an excessive volume and engages in loud, uneducated conversations during phone calls. When I politely requested to use the bathroom, she falsely claimed it wasn't operational, only for the front store employee to inform me that it was indeed open and available. It would be beneficial if they provided their supervisor's contact information for filing a complaint.
The waiting room was dirty you can buy tickets there
I only wish there were bus schedules for the 744 bus among the other paper bus schedules they offer.
It's sad that the broadway terminal store inside opens when it feels like it went there this morning about 6am and waited til 9am and they still didnt open and i went there for my bus card and I go there everyday but every month for my bus card I hope that was just that day which was 04/03/2023
Bathrooms always dirty but nice people
The security of the terminal complains people of wearing a mask but she didnt have her mask on. She was very rude with the customers.
