What riders say

The general consensus among reviewers is mixed, with some finding the location satisfactory for transit while others report significant operational and environmental issues. On the positive side, reviewers appreciate that the interior was recently refinished and note that the bus schedules are acceptable. On the negative side, riders criticize the lack of ticket machines or windows, the station being closed on weekends, buses requiring exact change without debit card options, and problems with dirtiness, unfriendly people, and a presence of homeless individuals.

Brian Hannock ★★ ★★★

This is the Pleasantville bus station. The interior was just re-finished, but there are NO ticket machines or a ticket window?!?!! Most of the busses passing through here take exact change only and no debit cards. What the hell kind of bus station has no means of selling the tickets????!?!! Also, not open on the weekends
