What riders say

The general consensus is that the Vince Lombardi Park & Ride is a convenient and practical hub for commuting into New York City, though it experiences occasional operational and parking issues. Positive reviews highlight the quick, organized, and affordable bus service to the Port Authority, as well as amenities useful for truck drivers such as food, showers, laundry facilities, and a convenience store. On the negative side, reviewers complain about inconsistent bus schedules and long waits during peak hours, unhelpful or rude staff, limited truck parking capacity, outdated ticketing machines that lack digital support, poor departure gate information, and a parking lot that needs physical repairs.

10 hr parking for trucks strictly enforced. Plenty of spaces but Mondays and Tuesdays are fully 2 pm other than weds Thurs frid sat sun parking is easier to find after 4 or 5 pm

K H ★★★★ ★

Parking fee $9.75+ Roundtrip 321 bus(one way $4x2)= $17.75. Parking fee just paid at pay station, and bus ticket can buy on NJ transit app or bus driver

Peter Schultz ★★★ ★★

Nice facility, good parking area, 20-25 minutes into the city in the morning on the 6:55am bus. 35-45 minutes return trip on the 5:35pm out of Port Authority. The ticket machines are a bit antiquated and you should be able to buy a weekly or monthly pass, but it beats taking the 177X for an hour plus ride every day.

Alex Taylor ★★★★★

Extremely useful to me. I'm a truck driver. This place has food, shower, washer/dryers, convenience store and nearby commuter bus service to Manhattan. It isn't the Ritz, but I make good use of it often.

Chongmin Kim ★★ ★★★

The people working there are very unfriendly. Rude and bad attitude.
