NJtransit website: Bus routes 196 and 197 will originate and terminate at Ringwood Park and Ride on Wednesday February 12 and Thursday February 13 due to the expected inclement weather. The 196 line will not operate on Skyline Drive. All non Ringwood commuters had to return from work to find a $75 ticket on their car (no permit). Very horrible way for the town to approach this situation especially while they are aware. Hopefully NJtransit and the town Ringwood can arrange this better and not let the police department take great advantage of hard working commuters by giving out fines. #commonsense
It is no information about the schedule at the bus stop. It is no information about the gates for came back at the Port Authority. Port Authority Gates: Bus to Ringwood 196 gate 304 197 gate 233 (after 10 pm is 306) This is zone 8 also. When you need to buy a ticket at Port Authority in the machines, does not say that anywhere.
Appreciate well maintained and conveniently placed bus stops. Don't listen to the asshats giving this a one star review. Need more cheap public transit like this.
