What riders say
Overall, reviewers view Lindenwold Patco as a fast, convenient, and reliable transit hub for commuting into Philadelphia and Atlantic City, though opinions on station safety and cleanliness are sharply divided. On the positive side, passengers appreciate that the trains run frequently and on time, parking is spacious with ample spaces even during peak hours, and several users find the staff polite, knowledgeable, and the area well patrolled. On the negative side, many reviewers express concern over the presence of lingering homeless individuals, noting that the station can feel sketchy, creepy, and unsafe, especially at night; additional complaints highlight issues with cleanliness, trash, bad odors, traffic congestion in the surrounding area, strict parking ticketing, and a complete lack of accessibility for wheelchairs and roller luggage due to missing ramps, elevators, or escalators.

Homeless people everywhere they let them ride the train all night long and the police do nothing about the situation to make it better it’s Kensington on rails
Plenty of parking and spacious but rather creepy at nighttime.
I've been riding the patco since I was young. I usually stand at the bus stop outside to avoid all the people I don't wanna bump into. And no I don't mean homeless. I always see this one homeless boy and give him cigs. And talk with him. It's a sin to see people sleeping on the concrete
Train runs on time. It's just dirty.
15/16 station is disgusting and unsafe. You have to walk through a homeless encampment to get to trains. Place smells of urine and has trash everywhere
Fast & best way to commute to Philadelphia
Completely in accessible to wheelchairs, or anyone with a roller suitcase ,or anyone differently abled: no ramps, elevators or escalators at entrances. Probably illegal...
The trains to and from Philadelphia or Atlantic City are pretty nice and the station itself is actually an okay place to wait for public transportation. And in my experience the patco employees have been polite and courteous, the trains have been consistently on time and clean. The station is also in decent shape and maintained pretty well. The parking lot is pretty good, there's usually a space somewhere even during peak commuting hours. The only real negative is the traffic in the surrounding area gets extremely congested, the roads really struggle to handle the sheer volume. But that doesn't really have anything to do with the train station. The stations between here and Philly or Atlantic City are also pretty decent places to wait for and use public transportation. Glad I don't have to drive into Philly ;)
The trains come often but the place is a bit sketchy. Be careful being around in this area at night...a lot of people milling around up to no good. I've heard that police are strict on ticketing if waiting in the wrong lane in car to pick someone up so be aware of that as well.
It is great for transportation but the station itself never seems clean and has a bad odor.
The train station is busy all time, not so professional though, with a number of street "bummer" hanging out, which makes the place a little shady.
I have never had a problem and find the stations are clean and patrolled. Always a good experience.
