What riders say

The general consensus among reviewers is highly positive, with users viewing the location as a great, safe facility with accommodating personnel. The main positive viewpoints highlight the exceptional customer service from staff members who go out of their way to supervise and assist visitors despite being short-staffed, as well as the overall safe and pleasant environment for children. The main negative viewpoints are minimal, noting that staff can occasionally seem nosy with strict ID requirements and that alerts regarding unexpected amenity closures, such as the lap pool, were not properly communicated.

Today I went to swim laps and found out the lap side of the aquatic center was closed. Usually KROC has text alerts but the pool manager John informed me that he was short life guards and needed them for the splash area as it was pretty full with little kids. I asked about the texts alerts to which John couldn't give an answer as to why they didn't put one out. Driving allure way over to KROC and having no idea it was the lap pool was closed, I was a bit upset but when I asked John if he could do anything for me, he opened up the lap pool and supervised me while I did my workout. What a good dude. It was obvious he was short staffed but took time out of his schedule to accommodate me. He deserves a raise or promotion. People need to be more like John.
