What riders say
The general consensus from the reviews is mixed, with reviewers focusing entirely on the adjacent Ikea store and its services rather than the bus stop itself. Positive feedback notes that the store appears brand new, clean, and modern. On the negative side, reviewers mention an ordinary overall impression of the store, poor directional signage to the restaurant from the entrance, and long phone wait times and dropped calls when trying to reach Spanish-speaking customer service.
Recent reviews
Looks like a brand new store, clean and not outdated. Direction to the restaurant upon entrance can be improved as it's at the back side.
It's a Ikea need I say more
IKEA customer service: I call to speak to someone in Spanish and they put me on hold and nobody answers. When the interpreter finally appears, the customer service representative is nowhere to be found. This happened to me three times on October 5th.
