I've always have a good experience with Decamp Bus but lately for the 3 consecutive days the no. 44 is always late from a low of 25 minutes to 50 minutes to almost cancelled this morning. It's annoying and very inconvenient waiting for us commuters. I called Dispatch Option 3 and was to wait for almost the same number of minutes. Yesterday, upon reaching Lyndhurst we were asked to transfer to another Bus and reason they gave was that there's just too many buses converging all at same time. Either Dispatch is messed up or the Drivers are late. Something must be done.
26 oktyabr at 19:25 pm Bus from this Company De camp broke back bumper, right taillight , tail and the bus arrived from Coney Island Ave J , and turned from Ave J on 18th Street. Drivir Bus 100% knows he is can’t drive for this area, he ran away from the scene, I have video from this accident and report,
Bus is never on time, often they just cancel service with no notice to customers. Truly the worst way to try and get into the city, much better off using the NJT train system than waiting around for a bus that will never show
If I could give zero stars that would be more appropriate. Nothing but constant last minute cancellations and absolutely no regard for the customers that are forced to use their services.
