RZRHED 87 ★★ ★★★
If you call it will say your wait time is over an hour. That is to frustrate you and make you hang up. It will send you to the voicemail option. They called me back THREE MONTHS LATER. On top of that the person that called back couldn't even help me with the problem I was having. If you're persistent and keep calling back they will eventually answer. Keep in mind the person answering the phone is someone's loved one. They WORK for BCSS, they're not the decision makers.
