What riders say
The general consensus is that the property is an attractive, clean, and glamorous destination with good overall appeal. Positive reviews highlight the eye-catching exterior, nice interior atmosphere, great customer service at check-in, strong hotel security with key-card access, and a diverse selection of dining options. On the negative side, reviewers noted issues with pervasive indoor smoking, machine shuffling at the card tables, confusing elevator layouts, and an unspecified cleanliness problem discovered under a hotel bed.

This hotel/casino is very glamorous and clean. They allow smoking throughout the place so if you’re not into being around that then this isn’t the casino for you. Personally, I didn’t realize that, so I was a little disappointed when I saw/smelt this so I wasn’t interested in hanging for too long when you’re surrounded by clouds of cigar smoke. I know they usually have sections for this, but It was very different then what I am used to in CT as there’s no smoking at all since the pandemic. Also, if you’re a card player, just know they do not manually shuffle here; it’s machine shuffle, so the odds are even more against you. There were many options for dining and it was nice that it wasn’t your standard corporate America fare throughout the resort. If you stay at the hotel it’s very secure for entering the elevators. No entry into lobby without hotel key scanned with security. That was nice to know there wouldn’t be random people wandering the halls able to snag a ride with someone who had a key to enter higher floors. You need a key to enter lobby and to enter elevator. But, if you’re not careful about which elevator you enter you may not go to your floor. Different section elevators for different height rooms.
Beautiful night great customer service at check-in. Rooms looked relatively clean. But look what we found after we undid the bed
