Used to be a great service but not recently , my trips are always on one train, but its taking me through two states and adding hours or more to the time.. i cant schedule properly since its taking me completely out of my way , causing extra money and time and worse left me stuck in ac or Trenton or philly over night because it will redirect me to other places and then ive missed, last train out ..oh and the ratchet customers with radios blasting threatening other passengers one star is only because eventually by the next day if live through the night ud get to your destination

Station is fine but had my car broken into even though it was very close to where the station is, and also had bike stolen. Don't leave any valuables in your cars.
